Kerry is a people person with a knack for making the complex seem simple. She is a strategic facilitator and an ICF accredited executive coach. She delights in connecting conceptual thinking to reality and action. She’s energized by helpings others see potential and achieve success.
As a co-founder of the business with Mauer, Kerry is the driving force behind Vivid’s strategic facilitation and people development practices. She works with clients such as McDonald’s, Molson Coors Canada, Kellogg Canada, Unilever (Canada and US), Miller Coors (US), GSK Canada on people development and brand growth. She leads: marketing capabilities, facilitated sessions for team development, strategic planning and innovation workshops, along with individual and team coaching sessions.
Prior to Vivid, Kerry worked with Unilever in marketing, innovation, and consumer research on the Foods and Personal Care brands, and as a strategic planner in the agency world with McCann-Erickson London, UK.
Kerry has completed Adler training (http://www.adler.ca) and is accredited with ACC by the ICF (International Coach Federation http://www.coachfederation.org). She is an approved Unilever Coach, and has earned moderator accreditation with Unilever Global CMI.
Currently Kerry is a Facilitator and Advisory Board Member of Chocolate Villa, and ICF member and volunteer Track coach. She is wife to Geoff, Mom to Abbey & Quinn, and an enthusiastic tennis player.
